  1. Start with GentleFit:  Your soft entry to the BBCO Method.

  2. Select Your Sculpt: PRIMA Series Signature,  Pilates, Barre, Serenity

  3. Target Your Tone: Design Your Results With PrimaTone

  4. Lengthen: Increase Flexibility With Master Splits

  • 2-3x/week: PRIMA Series Sculpt
