1. Pilates- Experience the elegance of Pilates in balletic form; flowing movements that enhance posture and bring balance to the body. Our method stays true to original technique, creating a beautiful, feminine body-line and sense of poise.

2. Barre-- We’ve returned to the refined essence of classical barre, focusing on graceful, centerline-strengthening exercises. No high-intensity bootcamp drills; just fluid balletic movements and noticeable results.

 

3. Flexibility-- A calming blend of muscle recovery and stretching techniques. Our flexibility training is designed to relax, repair, and lengthen the body promoting injury prevention and mindfulness.

 

4. Physical Therapy-- Receive expert care from our licensed, board-certified physical therapist. We offer rehabilitation, injury management, and exercise modification-prescriptions; so you can feel safe enjoying the workouts you love. 

 

5. Community-- At our studio, we strengthen more than the physical body— creating a welcoming space where members can foster friendships, connect to Nashville’s vibrant community, and develop a deeper sense of belonging.​
