Our Method
Instructed by professional ballerinas our PT approved ballet-fitness method is available to ALL fitness levels!
Graceful and low-impact, our method is a fusion of classical ballet conditioning with fresh contemporary expressions in fun group setting. Breaking ballet down into it's component parts; we isolate, challenge, and develop specific muscles ballerinas use in their everyday training- targeting the lean long lines of a ballerina's form.

“I've done pilates and hard core HIIT workouts for years but pilates wasn't giving me results and the HIIT workouts were really hard on my body. I just got burned out. What I love about Body & Ballet Collective is it's fun, and surprisingly really challenging. I feel like its rehabbing my body. I love it!"

FAQS
Is this only for dancers?
In a word, No! Zero experience required. We’re a fitness method NOT a ballet academy.
What do I wear?
Anything that makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. Body & Ballet Collective requires grip socks or ballet slippers be worn in class – any brand will do.
These are available for purchase in studio.
What do I bring?
Only the basics: a water bottle and your smiling face.
I’m a man… can I come too?
Yes! Both men and women can benefit from our classes. I mean, who doesn’t want to stand taller, increase flexibility and build strength?
What if I have a “tricky spot”?
At the beginning of each class your instructor will ask about any injuries, sensitive spots or conditions that might require modifications. Please share!
Additionally, any movement can be adjusted to be more comfortable or challenging throughout the workout.
