FAQS
Is this only for dancers?
In a word, No. Zero dance experience required. BBCO's a fitness studio not a dance school. So, bring those two left feet and get ready to make your workout the highlight of your day!
What do I wear?
Wear breathable materials that make you feel comfortable and confident.
Pair with your favorite grip socks.
*BBCO requires proper footwear in class.
Items available for purchase in studio.
What do I bring?
Bring the basics: water, grip socks, hair tie, and your smiling face.
I’m a man… can I come too?
Yes! Both men and women can benefit from our classes. I mean, who doesn’t want to stand taller, increase flexibility and build strength?
What if I have a “tricky spot”?
At the beginning of each class your instructor will ask about any injuries, sensitive spots or conditions that might require modifications. Please share! All movements can be adjusted to be more comfortable or challenging throughout the workout.
Additionally, Physical Therapy is available by appointment.
